are auto backlinks worth it?

in SEO, what does count is backlinks on relevant high PR sites with your main keyword in the anchor text.

Get a few hundred of those in 1 year and you will get a great ranking!

The PR of the site is generally considered to 'bleed down' to the internal pages of the site, so it is definately worthwhile.

Automated backlinks can take you from the first page on Google to where you may not easily locate your site.

KateD and some experienced warriors here will certainly agree with me on this.

My verdict: It is not worth your while.

yes i know there is a danger in suddenly getting 1000 backlinks overnight, not advisable. But I'm not sure where you base that fact on? Not disagreeing, but it must depend surely on a lot of factors.

Like anything else, back-links can be done well or not. do them well and you will recap high rankings. mess up and your site may as described above, never be seen again, (on Google... though there are 500+ other search engines out there, just none with Google's clout).
That said, if your 'marketing plan is well rounded and includes a little of this and a little of that, Google could shut down and the effect on your traffic would be minimal. (May actually spike with the whole world on the net trying to find out what happened to Goggle!) Lol.

yes to be honest google's monoply on search is irritating. I just wish some of the other engines could muscle in and level the playing field. Its not healthy at all the way it is.

I think they have their place. As long as you don't go overboard and buy 1000 at a time.

With our service we distribute a maximum of 10 links per domain per day. Just to keep things natural.

And to answer the other open question. If you created 5000 **** links to your main competitors site, do you think this action alone is going to cause them to go from page 1 to page 100 overnight. If that were the case every black hat marketer would be trying those tactics.

Getting backlinks too fast is a myth. Just because you buy 1,000 backlinks doesn't mean they are all going to be picked up and showing in yahoo explorer or google tomorrow, many will take days and weeks before and if they are all eventually crawled and showing up in the SERPS. Doing 10 links a day vs 100 links a day is not going to guarantee you higher serps or longevity at the top of google. The benefits to you depend on their PR and their IP diversity.

Pretend you are a google employee reviewing your backlinks. Will it look like a "scheme" or will it look like the links make sense. I like to think of it also like google is the IRS. Are you doing anything that is going to draw a "red flag"? Sure, you can get away with some small stuff in many cases where it is already somewhat of a grey area, but if you do too much, you can get flagged and de-ranked.

Too many or the wrong kind of paid links or automated programs can DEFINITELY get you flagged and lose rankings.

I ordered about 1000+ auto backlinks from someone that I assume was using scrapebox. That particular website is no longer in the top 20 in the SERPS. I thought I was being clever by pointing the links to one of my EZA backlinks but it didn't matter. In my opinion, I don't think they are worth it.

could it also be that traffic to your eza articles die down already as we all know, once articles are old, traffic slows down...at least from my experience...and not really because of these backlinks that you bought.

High PR Domain carries a lot of authority, even they don't have any links from the homepage or other pages pointing to it, the page itself still carries a lot of weight.

Don't be distracted by the myth of High PR domain with PR 0 doesn't work, as long as your url is a sub-directory to the main domain with high PR, it will be automatically being assigned a lot of weight (Link Juice).

This is not just a theory, think about EZA, Squidoo, and Hubpages, why does these sites rank content higher than other lower PR sites? because they carries a lot of link juice (rank weight).

So in summary, PR0 page of domain PR 6 is a lot powerful than PR0 site of PR0 page!

I get a few thousands in weeks to months, and my site rank high fast! The key is - you must know where and how to avoid Google filter - a.k.a the sandbox effect.

Yes, just 1,000 overnight and none the next day, that is very dangerous for new site. However, keep getting thousands of links everyday and very few loses in a period of time, your site will rank high instead of being filtered.

You should get at least PR 3 and above backlinks, the higher the better. New content need trust from Google.

One thing good about EZA is they have links from other pages to pass trust authority to you, it is not possible to get your content filtered for over months. (temporary dancing is possible)
