Sqidoo/Hub pages for SEO

Dear Warriors,

I am newbie to SEO and hope I can get more ideas about SEO here.
I want to know, how Squidoo lense as well as hub pages help in SEO.

Is that possible to create multiple lense or hubpages and get backlinks? OR Just a single hub page or lense is enough? How are you guys using hub pages and squidoo lense for your SEO?

      My squidoo hubs has helped me double my site's traffic. Make at least 5 lenses. For each lens focus on specific keywords, make sure the URL contains the exact keywords (lens name). Add several widgets to pull keyword-rich data to your lens to make it look fresh. Using your keywords in the title and description of the widgets will help. Update once a month.

    I don't like Squidoo, but Hubpages is great. I have 100 hubs - most are made for adsense but I've sneaked a few affiliate hubs in as well. You get a lot of internal traffic, and good google rankings. If you write about interesting stuff instead of forex and the other niches 90% of newbie hubbers write about then you'll be OK.

    I think if you write 5 content rich pages to each affiliate/spammy type of page you'll be OK. DO NOT put spun articles on hubpages - rubbish hubs get voted down real quick.

    If you have an adsense account you must be on hubpages! Some hubbers have made good money from Amazon, but I've not sussed this one out yet.

    Both of them works fine but my suggestion is do not count on them alone, make sure

    that you try other methods like:
    Submitting Articles, Blog commenting, Forum posting, Bookmarking, RSS submission,

    Posting videos, Press release, Directory submission, Social network, Free traffic

    system, Paid links.
