Need proper inquiry for my site

I've a website on hire web developer service. The site is new and also ranking well in search engines. I'm also getting average 30-32 visitors on regular basis. But surprisingly I'm not getting desired number of inquiries from visitors. The inquiry level is really too low. For growing business I need more investigation from visitors. I'm using almost all on page and off page SEO and SMO also. Could you please tell me the possible reasons for not getting proper inquiry from visitors? I'll be very happy if you share some tips that can be usable for getting good results.

      Thanks a lot royal for the reply! Yes you're right. Most of the visitors I'm getting now might not be very serious.
