A List Of Questions Regarding PPC-To-CPA

I know there are people that make 4+ figures/day with CPA by using bots and spamming methods. I don't want to do this. Not only is it risky, but it is very risky.

Yes, I said risky twice.

I am, however, interested in PPC/PPV and SEO.

I remember reading somewhere that PPV is NOT incredibly effective with CPA offers (assuming that you are not building a list).

Obviously, SEO can be effective if you are able to find CPA offers that convert and that can be coupled with highly-targeted, profitable keywords that have beatable competition and reasonable traffic volume. -But that can take time, and unless you can find a CPA offer that will stand the test of time (and not lose it's buzz/profitability after a short time), you may be spending more time than you need to be for the amount of profit that you are seeing...since time is money. I think that is why paid traffic is so popular.

And, although PPV traffic can be incredibly cheap (much cheaper than PPC), PPC traffic seems to be more targeted (unless I have been misinformed or have been reading the wrong information).

So, a few questions for you PPC/PPV-to-CPA experts (preferably, not list building/email marketing guys/gals):

Code:
1) Now that you have played the game for a while, do you feel that PPC and/or PPV is the best method for CPA marketing? Is it your primary method? If not, which method(s) do you prefer/suggest?

2) What kind of offers do you prefer; free/quick email/zip submits, surveys, free registration leads, credit card registration leads or 'higher-cost/higher-payout' paid sign-up/purchase leads?

3) Do you try to seek out offers that meet a minimum payout? If so, how much?

4) What kind of offers do you feel convert the best - if any? Dating/Sex, Medical/Health, Money/Debt, Entertainment/Games etc.?

5) What is your (or, are your) favorite CPA affiliate network(s)?

6) How much money would you advise for campaign-testing purposes (e.g. 1x or 2x the payout value of the CPA offer - or more)?

7) Although I have short and medium-term goals, and although I would be perfectly content with eventually seeing $1000-$3000/month consistently, I have set a long-term goal of 5 figures/month (more specifically, 20k-30k/month). And although I haven't decided whether or not that will be by way of PPC/PPV to CPA, I would like to know if my long-term goals are reasonable with regard to PPC-to-CPA?

8) Lastly, for anyone that is looking to pursue PPC to CPA, which learning materials, products, WSO's etc. would you recommend as the overall best and/or a 'must have'?
Thank you for taking the time to read this thread. I know there are a lot of questions, and I really appreciate anyone that takes the time to answer even one of them.
