If you have a domain name that has been registered for more than 6 months, then, you can build a site with this domain, then after keeping updates regularly, you can get an AdSense account easily and quickly!

I did this a few weeks back, was worried about doing the right thing, because I wanted to build web sites based on an Adsense strategy... so it took me about a month before I applied

basically, it depends where you are located... if you're china, india and some other countries there's no way around it you'll need a web site with a solid 6 months or the big G won't accept you

if you live in the US, Australia, UK, Europe, etc you'll get it in a day or so and you don't need a web site

just go to docstoc (dot) com, upload a few good documents, your own or from the net to use (check they don't alreayd have it)... I personally uploaded some of my old excel sheet and word doc type of templates, which I had lying around

had my approval the next day...

now I did enter my website in the application, which is a nice looking wodrepss blog, was only a month old at the time, that'll probably help, but I don't think is necessary, but if you have any nice looking website use it

That is a great news to me

How do you define as a good documents?

      How many do you upload?

Beside that, what else do you do to get such rapid approval

Fastest way I know of is to go to blogger.com and build a blog on their platform. You will get the opportunity to monetize it with Adsense. if you don't have an account, you can apply right there. I had been turned down for my own web site, but I took an article from EZA and built a Blogger blog and was accepted in about two days. You can't get an account much faster than that as Google takes that long to respond.

Once you have the account number, you can take that number and use it on any web site you want to set up.

I agree with Tim, the fastest and easiest way to to start a blogger blog and then go into your dashboard area and go into 'monetize' and follow the steps in there to apply for an adsense account. I was accepted within a few hours doing it this way.

Am I mistaken? I have had an adsense account forever but I think I got mine because I use gmail and under account settings can't you add adsense n adwords n stuff? I have never even ran an adwords project but I have an acct with google. I may be wrong it's been awhile but I think that's how I got into an adsense account.

Do you know if I can outsource the application of Adsense account to someone who has a blog more than 6 months?

Tim already stated it! The short cut is to getting an Adsense account is to start a Blogger acct and post at least five articles on it and then click the monetize button. You will be approved.

REMEMBER: Blogger belongs to the Big G! As soon as you get your publisher ID, you can place Adsense code on any site that does not violate Google Adsense TOS.

As some people already said: BLOGGER.
I started a blog there, put up 4 posts (related content) and was accepted into Adsense the next day.

Do you put in 4 posts in a day?

What do you mean by related content?

Do you write your article yourself or get it from EZA?

Is there any particular niche that adsense approve faster?

Is there anything else that I need to take into consideration

-Yes. When I launched the blog, I wrote all 4 posts in one day.

-By "related content" I meant that the 4 posts were all centered about one topic. They were all related somehow and focused on my blog's main topic.

          -I wrote the articles myself.

-I don't think its based on a niche. What they want to see is focused quality content.

-Just write good content and also tweak your blog template to make it more customized (show them you're serious about it).

I also think however, as some people mentioned, different
countries, have different approval speeds (not sure about this one).

          good luck.
