PPC: Unable to cloak affiliate url within search box...

One of my affiliate products has a search box code that I've added to my landing page however the problem is that my affiliate url is also contained within the search box's html code.

I've tried some of my usual affiliate url cloaking methods but the results end up screwing up the search box results. It doesn't look like there's any other way around this.

Now my question is would it be ok for me to just leave it as is? I'm using Adwords to promote this page and we all know about how Google feels about bridge pages.

One thing I noticed about the search box is that you can't really see my affiliate url unless your looking at the code.

Here's what the code looks like:

Code:
<div id="xxxx">
  <div id="xxx"></div>
  <form name="xxx" target="_blank" method="get" action="MY AFFILIATE URL">
    <input type="hidden" name="tid" value="" />
    <input type="hidden" name="gid" value="" />
    <input type="hidden" name="ac_searching" value="" />
    <input type="hidden" name="type" value="xxx" />
