How can I increase the SERPS for a Yahoo Answers Question? Local keyword test.

My wife's boss bought another business. He is working with other people from his existing business for internet marketing. So far, they havent done anything.
I was trying to come up with a way to show him instant results. So, I tried my trusted Yahoo Answers method. This was the first time I tried it for local keywords. It always worked great for niche marketing.
What is the best strategy fo getting my Yahoo Answer question to the top of the SERPS?
I created a question for a local search term, answered it then selected the answer as the best question. The topic is now on page 3 for the local keyword and page 4 for a variant of the keyword.
I need to boost it up in the SERPS. What is the best way to do this? I did Digg, propeller, and Mixx submissions.
