completely dropped off the SERPS

hi,
So yesterday all the pages on my website (200 or 300) completely lost all SERP ranking.
im not de-indexed but i cannot rank for many keywords. My website has been live for about 3 months now, so i DOUBT it's the sandbox
I haven't done anything out of the blue at all. I installed a blog on the subdomain but i coudln't see why that would cause that big of a problem.
I've worked very hard on this website even making it a PR3 domain within 3 months.
so does anyone know WHY this is happening and how long it takes to return to my original SERP position?
