How to Choose SEO Company?

What are the main features you look for when searching for a company to perform SEO and Link Building?

I have about $1,000 a month to spend on SEO and Link Building but I don't want to throw it away by investing in an unreliable company that cannot deliver results.

What are the main things I need to look for when deciding on an SEO company?

      The most important aspect to consider is their portfolio. What proven results does the company have? Can they provide references that you are able to contact?

    First is the price? Not so sure about that! Ask them to prove results where they have achieved page 1 rankings for client's websites. What type of market are you in?

    • The experience of the SEO expert or organization?
    • What services they offer.
    • What guarantee, if any, is offered?
    • What do I get for the money?
    • What methods of search engine optimization do they utilize?
    • Their references and past results?

    I think would of the best ways to hire an SEO company is to use one that won't charge until they get you results. This is how I work with clients and it has been amazing.

      So you do lots of work for free for 3-6 months without getting paid? SEO takes months and months to show results. THEN you have to rely on the client actually paying you. What if they do a runner? That's the Craziest business model I've ever heard of.

        Actually I have been getting results in 30-45 days. Meeting people in person and getting contracts signed ensures that I will be paid. I am only dealing with legitimate business owners.

    Don't trust anyone.

    Test the top 5 services based on the selection criteria mentioned above with small projects. After 1 month or so, you will clearly see who you should go with.

    I think the most important thing is not money but whether the company can do the job. Try to find an SEO Company that offers Guaranteed SEO Services. There are some people saying Guaranteed SEO is not possible. Google has also mentioned that nobody can guarantee.

    However, there are companies who really do offer Guarantees and can do it. Try googling the terms "Guaranteed SEO", "Guaranteed SEO Service, Guaranteed Seo Services" and see whether you can find one that fits the bill.

    I can tell you only one thing. Looks for results based seo only. 8 out of 10 seo companies will not get the results you are looking for at the price you want to pay. This is just from my experience working with a lot of offline clients personally.
