Tips for outsourcing PPC work

I've got a number of small adwords clients (monthly adwords spend ranges from $300 - $1,000), and it would be great to outsource the management of these PPC accounts.

All accounts are only using Google adwords at this point.

Any tips on how to hire PPC outsource help? What do you write in the job description that helps generate the best applicants?

Ask questions. Give them a test.

As for the job description, you'll get lots of applicants would should not apply. Goes with the territory. Even if you make it clear it is an Adwords job and you want experience, you'll get many without much experience (but they may still be very good) and SEO types with no experience who think PPC and SEO are similar. You'll just have to separate the wheat from the chaff and make a hiring decision on what's left.

Collect a number of firms. Do not just limit to the first ones you see. There is lots out there. What you need is to do some background check. It's best to check their previous experiences and know their performance by their feedback and ratings.

Next thing to do to be is to interview. This will help you get some info on how they work out things and discuss with them. Also, do not always prefer the cheaper ones - that doesn't really mean you can save. Just take time to look for a reasonable price that could do the job.

Anyways, there are actually many tips when you outsource services and I know I've missed a lot, so I guess this article might help you solve issues in outsourcing.

The best job description would be something like below:

Looking for experienced PPC campaign managers for Google adwords campaigns, where daily budget would be $1000 USD and the person must have excellent skills in tracking the campaign using any tracking tool, preferably Google analytics. Tracking covers in-depth tracking, event tracking, goals or funnels tracking. There must be a report sent to me everyday on number of leads generated, amount spent, clicks, impressions, simply a complete report.

Dont forget to set a target for them and also include it in the description. Also, the target can be set on revenue too.
    Hope this helps.
