How do you optimize pics? I know that you can put KWs in the alt tag - but what else do you have to do?

    Plug your keyword into the filename of the photo as well as your alt tag.

    For example, name the pic something like: bigcat.jpg

    Don't overkill the keyword abuse though. Google will penalize you if you flood your alt tags with useless stuff.

    Remember, alt tags are there to make the site more USER friendly. Not search engine friendly.

    Respect that and you'll be fine.
