A Way To Find Sites Adword CPC?

Here's the scenario:
I see a site that I want to advertise on...
It has adsense, so great, I can use adwords to get on their site..
BUT, before I do that I want to know how much the CPC is for the site to be able to rank in that 300x250 text ads slot (just an example).
Is there a tool or anything that can tell me a very close estimate of how much the CPC would be to advertise on that adsense ad slot of a given site?
