what blog permalink structure is best for seo?

which of these permalink structure do you find is best for seo?

1. website.com/?p=123

2. website.com/2010/04/21/sample-post/

3. website.com/2010/04/sample-post/

4. website.com/archives/123

just wondering your thoughts as well...

PS...so far, i've been using #2 because it is quite detailed...but wondering what your opinions are...

      If its a large multi-faceted site I would agree with this.

      If its a smaller site within one niche I always just leave out the category as I feel that's duplicative and overkill. Which, in terms of actually coding into WP would be /%postname%/

    I agree with Tom. I have never done any of my sites with anything but /%postname%/

    But, to each his/her own.
