Give outsourcer limited Adwords access

Hi there

I have a very good outsourcer who I want to run an Adwords campaign for me. (I have gone the John Jonas route and found two good Filipino staff.) This guy has done the Jonas Business in a Box, which is using Direct Linking. I want to let him set up campaigns, but though JJ is very laissez-faire about handing out account access I feel more cautious.

Have been going round in circles trying to find out how to set my guy up as a user so he can set up campaigns, but set things up so it has to be me who adds extra funds to the account.

I thought: reduce his permissions - but the reduced level stills appears to let him add funds - from my pre-approved card. I set up a dummy user and I could still do it.

So I thought: set an account daily maximum to limit my exposure - but it seems that I can only set up a campaign maximum, and not a total daily maximum - and an outsourcer could then set up extra campaigns. (It's not just not trusting someone - they could make errors too.)

I would appreciate input from any Warriors out there on how best to achieve what I want.
