Alright I need your guys giant SEO brains to help me out!

I have four questions relating to this website:

Monarch | Cheap Flights, Holidays & Hotels

1. What keywords should monarch be targeting?

2. How they have gone about targeting them?



3. What SEO stuff do they do well?

4. What SEO stuff do they not do well?


My livelihood depends on the answers to these questions...

    1. See their metatags and you'll know what they are targeting.

    2. They have lot's and lot's of backlinks with High PR. Their PR is 6.

    3. They are doing well on all fronts. Excellent Onsite and Offsite Optimization. They probably have an experienced SEO Company helping them.

    4. It can still be improved but I would be crossing that line of divulging too much.

      So you can always tell by the metatags of a site?

      So for example on Woolworths.co.uk thier homepage keywords they are targeting is:

      <meta name='keywords' content='Catalogue, Home Shopping,
      Shopping, Woolworths, Fashion, Clothing, Homeware, Mobiles,
      Appliances, Washing Machines, womenswear, menswear, kidswear,
      clothes' />

      How can a homepage target so many keywords? Shouldn't it just
      be one keyword per page?
