What's the best way to setup an Authority Site Earning From Adsense?

Hi guys,

I just bought a 11 year-old domain in the kids and baby niche.

I would like Adsense to be the primary monetization method.
(or is there a better way to monetize?)

Do you guys have any idea how I could go about setting up an Authority site maybe over the course of a year? And what's the best way of leveraging on the domain's age?

And say I'm aiming for an authority site with a few hundred pages, what kind of adsense template would be good? Surely, xfactor/clickbump templates cannot be used right? Those are usually meant for micro niche sites with less than 10 pages.

    I don't know why a micro-niche design wouldn't work.
    I'd set up a wordpress blog and just make sure to include recent posts and categories in your widgets. Then you can add as many pages as you want...and still keep the same template in mind.

    If I remember right, I saw Xfactor say that all of his micro-niche sites have over 100 pages of content now. Micro-niche websites don't have to be small as this clearly demonstrates. They just have to be focused on a niche at the bottom of the vertical market.

    I would try Amazon - they have a lot of baby products you can throw in.
