Are 2 different URLs for the same forum thread ok?

Hi,
We are going to install SEF in our SMF forum but are unsure if the url:s will be ok.
*Example:*
This is what a forum thread will look like:
404 - Företagande.se
When someone post a new message, the latest post shown on forum index but this url will show there instead leading to the same thread:
http://www.foretagande.se/forum/?top...een=1#msg32659 <http://www.foretagande.se/forum/?topic=6966.msg32659&topicseen=1#msg32659>
Is it ok that there are two so different url:s to the same thread? Will Google understand that it´s the same one and not index them both?
