What to do with these keywords.

I have been doing keyword research for adsense sites based on different criteria listed in the clickbump thread. In one niche I have discovered 7 keywords (mainly variations of each other) using Google's Keyword Tool and Market Samurai. Each kw has the following:
2400+ exact monthly searches
low title and url competition
$1+ cpc
weak first page competition - most having very little optimization and even less backlinking (maximum of 10 for a few keywords)
exact match domain available
My question is, would I be better off to go the clickbump route and get a domain for each word, or make 1 large site?
Im assuming it would be relatively easy to rank for each word in either circumstance, so I guess it comes down to what would be most fruitful for my efforts. Or maybe Im just looking at it too hard.
Any suggestions?
