Google Adwords ad with Facebook Like Box inside

Hey,
Has anybody seen these?
Facebook Connect Ads Showing | Lost Press Marketing Blog
Instead of an image ad like you would normally see inside an Adsense ad block, this
KissMetrics ad is of it's Facebook Like Box widget.

The Facebook Like Box widget maintains all it's functionality within the Adsense ad block,
meaning you can click on the "Like" button or even any of the profile pictures that are
included in the ad.
At first I thought the ad was being directly displayed via the content network on Adwords,
but that article makes it sound like Google is taking Facebook Ads and displaying them on
sites via the content network.
Anybody have an idea how to do this and where (Google or Facebook)?
