Hello. Looking for an idea of how to boost adsense earnings from the blogs.

Is there anyone who makes decent income out of adsense?

Isn't adsense a good source of income only for high traffic websites?

Why I'm asking?
Well some people brag to make thousands out of
adsense from small niche websites which is a bit doubtful for me.
Some time ago I was a webmaster of auction website which had approximately 3000 unique visits a day and adsense block placed between auctions on home page.
The monthly results were weak anyway.
So I'm starting to doubt whether adsense is a good source to make a living from.

What is your opinion?

    A friend of mine just started a website about finding a job as a call center agent, if you must know (hehehe), and he's earning like $1,500 for the first month in Adsense. Of course, he's not into organic traffic because the site is infant. He's into Facebook and Adwords. Point is, if you have both organic or paid traffic and you know what you are doing, Adsense will rake some money.

    Back in the day it was really easy to make significant revenue using Google AdSense that is no longer the case, it is much more difficult these days to make "easy" money. That said you can still make a reasonable amount of revenue using AdSense with very little effort.
