Should I delete my articles and resubmit them?

I had some EZA submitted, but they link to my old blog, however I have some new relevant sites which would benefit much more from the back links.

If I just replace the links, I'm guessing the big G wouldn't even notice, however, if I deleted the articles, changed the key phrase to the new one, and resubmitted them, would that be better in terms of backlinks and SEO?

Cheers,
Sam

      Because my old blog is pretty rubbish, only has 4 posts and doesn't look very nice, I would prefer to link to my lens + hub page instead.

    Started out with fresh articles for a new site is not a bad idea.

      just update links. Google will find all the links within 1 or 2 months. Deleting and resubmitting is a bad idea.

    Don't delete them. Change them. EZA says if you delete an article and resubmit it, it will get rejected as a duplicate because they continue to compare it to your previous article even though it is deleted. Deleted Articles Now Used To Compare

    domain redirect from your domain to your squidoo lens: Profit!

    Go into cpanel and redirect from domain level, or google "php redirect"

    index.php:
    <?php

    header( 'Location: http://www.squidoo.com/my-lens-URL' ) ;

    ?>

    patey88 is right. If you delete your articles and submit them again EZA they won't accept it.
    Just change the links, wouldn't be a problem.
    Do they rank well?

    Just edit your article resource box with the new link. Then ping the article. As patey88 says, if you delete them you will not be able to publish them again. Google will find them, especially if you ping them. It may take a while, but that is your best course of action, other than just submitting new articles.

    Okay I changed the keywords and edited them, edits are now live (that was quick!).
    How do I ping them now?

      Use pingler.com or one I recently found and like so far broadping.com. They ping the most services that I know of.

      Copy all the URL's and paste them into this page:

      PingDevice

      Instructions are self evident.
