Analytics, 'Goals' and Cloaked Affiliate Links

Hi guys,
I want to try out some PPC experiments, but I have no good way of tracking sales, so it's worthless to me.
My links are cloaked using a PHP Header Redirect, and one of my analytics sites, Statcounter, does not show outgoing clicked redirect links. It only shows up if I leave the ugly, long, affiliate link.
I am basically begging somebody on this forum, an affiliate marketer, who is smart with Google Analytics, Statcounter, to help me get set up, otherwise I can't track anything correctly.
