Can you help with Yahoo Content Network?

Hello,
Can anyone help me with making the Yahoo Content Network work well? I've been using the same strategies I used for Google's but it's not working out as well. Having no placement targeting seems to be one of the biggest problems.
Whenever I try to run ads on Yahoo Content Network one of the following seems to happen:
I get tons of impressions and only 1 or 2 clicks per day but with a high conversion rate
I get tons of clicks and no conversions.
Can you see any flaws in my strategy?
1. Create several keyword targeted ad groups that are highly targeted to different themes.
2. Run reports and exclude domains that are wasting money
3. Pause the losing ad groups
One big problem I've found is that Yahoo won't let you exclude any Yahoo domains. So if Im getting tons of clicks from Yahoo answers that don't convert there's nothing I can do.
Also I have no idea what position my ads are in. Where can I see this?
Many people say Yahoo Content stinks don't use it. But I know that there are people using it successfully.
Any advice would be great!
