Adwords Automated Banning

As you know, Adwords has banned a tonne of accounts lately without providing reason. I had my first account banned about 2 months ago. I recently got back online by using different details... computer, ip, business name, address, payment details, domain, the works.

My ads were running fine for a few days and then bam... all keywords are now showing "ads rarely show to low quality score".

I know this isn't a quality score issue. I'm pretty sure this is their way of saying your account is banned without actually telling me that till I send them an email to ask what's going on. And they never send a proper response anyway, just some BS template.

I think that my account was banned using some automated process because it appears as if the ads all were hit as soon as the clock ticked over midnight. So they're running fine one minute and then bam... they stop.

What could trigger this?

When I first submitted the new ads my account got reviewed and everything was fine.

I'm advertising a legitimate business opportunity and provide full contact details, terms, disclaimer, privacy and ssl.

What I don't get is that I'm still seeing ads for obvious scam websites on the exact same keywords that I was using.

Can anyone tell me why this happened and how I can avoid it happening again?

Thanks

Low QS is not a ban. It's the system at work telling you your ads are not of good quality compared to other advertisers. See Adwords FAQ.

A ban is when you violate policies repeatedly (a three strikes you're out kind of thing). You are expected to read and follow the Adwords guidelines and policies. Google's approach is "ignorance of the law is no excuse".

well as far as google see's it, it is. There could 101 reasons as to what may be causing the problem you would need to provide some details.

As for it being OK then dropping that is normal when you start something up in that your qs can bounce then drop n roll.

scam sites with the same keys probably tells a lot that is for sure, is the site one those blacklisted by g ? gabling, shady re-bill, make millions in 2 days, snake oil type medicine, miracle cure ?

is there good content where your landing the ads ? or do you have a forced sign in to move to the next page ?

are the keywords even correct for the land page, what you think is a good key may not be what google thinks is a good key and they always win that fight.

maybe if you post / pm a land page it may help understand some of the problems.

In my experience few people click those ads anyway...I tried them and never got results from them...Best to spend your money and time on raising your search engine's organic ranking. THAT will bring you traffic.
