What high paying CPC besides AdSense?

I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket so I would like to place other CPC ads on my sites besides AdSense. I don't want other networks that give few pennies for good keywords.
I have tried Kontera and I believe that one is a joke. It targets random words in my site that has nothing to do with the content, and it pays pennies.
I am waiting for Chitika to approve my application. Would you guys use that?
I have tried AdBrite in the past, and I didn't like it at all. A lot of people say Bidvertiser is crap.
Anything else?
