    Register a com, net or org domain. These tlds are universal and can target any country. Optimize it. Get links from all countries.

    Maybe google picks up local language usage as well, so it knows if a page is US-English, British English or whatever.

    Yes its a good idea you use a com domain and then your main question maruthi was how to get traffic from all the countries its simple.

    Use a translate this script on your website so that all your contents are translated automatically to the visitors preferred language.
    Here you get traffic from non english speaking countries and to get traffic from other countries involve yourself in the following.

    Join facebook ,twitter , myspace , forums in your niche and get to know them well after a while build your own market or website community or a group and then actively involve in it.

    Make quality friends and help them in their business and in return ask them to provide an honest review about your website if you feel their answers satisfy you then make changes.

    Join stumbleupon and submit your site their one of the biggest place for like minded people for lot of exposure.

    Leave a link to your site in the comments on the other blogs in your niche.
