Where do I post 'Services Needed'?

I am interested in SEO services.

I have seen offers for 'Top 3 rank in 6 months or it's free until you do'.

Does anybody have any experience with a service of this type?
Any Suggestions?
Any Recommendations?

I'm building the membership of my free service so there is no revenue to cover my advertising. I am looking for long term and lasting SEO.

Does anybody have a better suggestion?

    A better way might be to learn how to do it yourself, then outsource the details of the work, as I would think that'll be cheaper than paying someone else to do the whole thing, in the long run, plus you learn how things work, which makes a difference to your overall approach.

      A very wise suggestion indeed.
      My problem is, The actual project takes all of my time.
