Sites keep being sent to...I don't know where after building backlinks

I am recently promoting my 6 mo old sites again after sometimes and I noticed all of them gone, out of page 1. They all used to be on page 1. This is re adjusting for the new position, isnt it?

The annoying part of me is everytime these sites gone poof, my income just dropped.
The question is how to sustain the position or slowly crawling up the ranking they don't have to gone poof everytime I do more promotions.

    When you build mass backlinks at one time...you encounter what is called the "google dance"

    It's basically a re indexing of your site after backlink building, which can actually make it appear as if your website has been removed all together.

    But it will be back in a few days, can take several days, hopefully with better rankings.

      Thats being at best ! My top site was `dancing` for 2 months then came back for a few weeks and then off again after i had done about 150 blog comments to it !

      But to the OP that is exactly whats happening your site is dancing and will come back maybe 1 week maybe 2 months ! It used to kill my income too but now i have other sites that are doing ok so i can ride the dance out and thats exactly what you have to do, any of your sites can do this at any time so you cannot rely on just one site no matter how old it is. Build another 2 or 3 good sites dont let it get you down.
      PS You site will come back stronger too
