What if I used tuge mogul like this?

So I have a video on YT.

What would happen to this YT video if I sent out the exact same video via tubemogul to say 10 or more sites. Then the link in the description area was from all the tubemogul videos pointing back to my YT video.

Would it rank the YT video on the 1st page of google?
Or is it better to just get clicks to my site by keeping all the video description links pointing to my website?

    I would think you would rank first on google in video searches for sure,unless your video is title make money online or something insanely competitive like this. I noticed whenever I add links to my youtube videos I get a sustained spike in traffic for 2-3 weeks. Only one to know for sure though.
