Hi! Good day!
This is another newbie question. I have started a website TerrificBanners.com and as I search it on google about the key words terrific and banner, my site don't exist...

How can I do it that my site will be displayed after putting those keywords?
Advice are greatly appreciated here!

        In order for your site to be seen or index in search engines, here are some tips that helps:

        Search Engine Submission - submit to major search engines. Make sure to submit only once.
        Create a sitemap - it helps your inner pages or sub-pages get index.
        Link building - back link helps your site get index.

        With regards to SEO, just make sure to do On-Page Optimization (done within your site) first then next is Off-Page Optimization (done outside your site).

    Your site is relatively new (about a week or two). You have nothing to worry. All you have to do is build strong back links with high ranking pages. Thus your site will be indexed by Google and appear in Google directory.

      There are a quite few things you need to do.

      Optimize your website, Title, description, alt tags, h1, and so on..

      Create a sitemap

      Create robot file

      Submit sitemap

      Social bookmark website

      Submit to directories

      Create good quality written articles

      Submit articles to directories

      Build quality anchor and url relevant backlinks.

      This should be a good start. I hope this helps a little bit.

      Just follow this guy, do same things he is doing , ad You should do well in google.

    Did you hear that content is the king? First, start creating unique content. Think about what visitors will want to read at your website. Then, write and write fast. Next, follow all the SEO techniques suggested by other members here.

    All the methods mentioned are great ways to rank higher with Google. My question though is why are you wasteing your time trying to rank for "terrific" or "banners" as keywords. Both those are extremely generic and doubtful that someone looking for a banner creator for thier website is going to start their search with the word terrific.

    It would appear that your site sells banners and an easy way to create your own banners. So you need to think like your potential customer and do some keyword research to find some good keywords to rank for. Then use them.

    Don't even waste your time trying to rank just for the word "terrific" or "banner" your chances of ever appearing under such a generic term are next to none.
