Submitting to high PR directories... Will They Get Indexed On Their Own?

If I submit my same article to PR 4+ directories (goarticles, article dashboard, article base, etc) do I need to help them get indexed, or are these pages crawled enough that I shouldn't worry about it?

Also, which method do you think is better:

A) Submitting the same article with a new title, first sentence, and resource box

or

B) Spinning the article (I get about 45% uniqueness pretty easy) and submitting this version.

I'm not sure about this because it seems hit or miss which my articles get indexed and I don't know if that's because they are duplicates or if it's because they just haven't been crawled yet.

They should get indexed the same day on high value article directories. From articlesbase and EZA I would say this to be true 95+ % of the time.

MOST times they will get indexed on their own,
but not all the time, even with the top article

    This is the best.
