Best and Right Way to Do RSS Feed Submission

Hi,

Can an expert out there teach me the correct steps to do an RSS Directories submission?

Is my steps correct?

1) Publish a post A
2) Submit my RSS feed to feed directory AFTER my post is live?

When I publish a new post B, do I have to submit to the RSS Directories again?

What are the best and most popular RSS directories to use?

Is there a more efficient way to get new post "out" there?

    You don't have to submit your rss feed more than once. If the directories that you submit to accept your feed then when you update your site your feeds will be automatically updated on the rss feed directories.

    I don't really know the most popular ones. Just do a search here in the forum and you'll find plenty of lists of them.

    Personally I use RSS Bot as it automates the process... And it's cheap as chips too ;-)
