How long does it take adsense to show earnings after clicks?

Hi guys. I was just wondering - when someone clicks on your adsense ads, how long does it take for adsense to show the earnings? Is it in "real time" - or does it take a few hours? Do they wait until the end of the day-then show your total earnings for that day? If so - then what is that time? Just curious and would like to know from someone who is experienced and really know adsense.

I was looking for the answer on their Q&A page, but with no luck.

Hi Melvin,

Adsense stats are NOT in real time. They update it throughout the day at no set time invervals.

It could take minutes, it could take hours.

A trick I use is to view my stats via my mobile phone, it usually is updated before the adsense website.

Also you can click "advanced reports" "choose the current month" and then click "dispplay report" to see the updated stats which sometimes will be slighly ahead of the default adsense stats page.

Stats checking every minute/hour will not make you any richer. Use the same time and effort to build more of your niche adsense sites/pages/backlinks.
