Domain PR and Page PR Questions

Some backlinks are "stronguer" than other, right? I mean, if you have a backlink on a page rank 5, that´s a lot better than having one on a page rank 1. Now my question is, have all the Page Ranks 0 the same "power"?

For example: i put one backlink on a new page on a domain PR5. I put another backlink on a new page of a domain PR1. Since they are new pages, both backlinks will have page rank N/A or 0. So does this means that is the same to have a backlink on a new page of a domain that is PR5 or PR1?

    Important thing to note is that PR visible in the toolbar doesn't equals real PR. If page with PR0 is on domain with PR5, probably with next PR update its PR visible in toolbar will raise. Its real PR will raise much before the actual toolbar PR update, probably within the few days after that page is published.
