What is the most accurate tool to see our ranking in Google

Hello. I have tryed to see my rank in Google for specific keywrods but when i try with different programs i get different results. Does anyone know which program is the most accurate?

Another question, my site is being optimized for the Google ranking in the USA. Since i am in Portugal(Europe) if i seach for the keyword will i see the website in my listings? If not, Is there a way to know for sure that my site is in position x for keyword y?

    SEO spyglass would do what your looking for, but it's a little pricey. It does give you the option of seeing your ranking in google for various countries.

    They should all be pretty accurate though, as they all pull from the same place. Maybe your site is jumping around in the rankings a little bit.
