Besides Adwords, what other PPC S.E. do you use to build YOUR List?

Hey guys,
I am looking at expanding my marketing to other PPC search engines to increase my list building. I'm not in the IM niche although I am in a very popular niche.
I was wondering, do you and if you do, what networks and/or PPC search engines do you use to build you list? I know that smaller PPC engines have cheaper clicks but I want to focus on the ones that will actually work.
I' seen Ask.com and 7search. Anything else you can recommend?
