Before hiring make sure you understand the basics or you might get ripped off. SEO is infamous for being a rip off industry.

I have seen your post - you are a 13 year old who made your first sale... congratulations. keep up the good work. SEO is not diffcult. It can be learned. I pretty sure bet that you can learn it.

You don't only save the money for SEO outsourcing, once you learned it you can do it for life on each of your website.

There are freelance job sites where SEO people are plentiful. Try oDesk.com, freelancer.com or elance.com (my fave as a service provider). You will find really cheap SEO in all three if money is an object, especially at oDesk. Can't vouch for quality however.

Or as others suggest, learn and do it yourself if you're so inclined.
