How To Contact Google Adsense??

Hey everyone

I recently had my site's forum hacked with porn links (great). Anyway, the first time it happened Google suspended the account, but I fixed it and received a response within a few days that they had reactivated my ads.

However, a few weeks later it was hacked again. They suspended my ads. I removed the forum to ensure that it wouldn't happen again, but this time I had NO issue ID from Google, no email notification, nothing. I keep trying to contact Google using my *old* issue ID but I haven't had a response for a few weeks.

Is there ANY way to get in touch with them or talk to a real person? My site is totally legit, white hat, fun, and loved by the community. However, I've been losing money now.

    If you can't contact Google now you better create new account for the site and wait for Google Adsense to approve it. IMO!

    from my understanding, adsense will not give us any reason why they suspended our account. I try to ask before. However not sucessful. believe some lucky guys managed to enabled back their account.

    in fact, after my account suspended. I try to apply for a new account, however they not approval it. This could be i am using the same internet IP address to apply for new account. wonder whether is there any tactic to apply for new adsense account after suspended.
