Checking the Rank of a Single Page on My Site?

It's Ken again with another newbie question. Someone posted something that said:

"Publish a page on your own site, see where it ranks naturally, then start linkbuilding it to the top."

So lets say I start a fresh new page on my site, then I publish a few articles on EZA with links pointing back to this new page. How do I track "where it ranks?"

With Hubspot's website grader, I can check the rank of my entire domain. But I'm less sure how to do it for a single page within my site.

Hi Ken, look up "prchecker" on google and click the first link. Then put the url for whatever page it is you want to check. You could also do this for backlinks. Just look up "backlink checker."

That guy was talking about where it ranks naturally in google. Say, 10th spot on the 1st page or something.
