Hey fellows.

I bought this domain name sellinghousequickly.com on a back order. It is 5 year old domain and wish to rank top 5 in Google for sell house quickly and similar keywords. When compared with my competitors, this is pretty good because their sites ranges from 18 month old up to 7 years old. I'm based in UK.

I'd like to outsource all this to a third party. Thought about Flipinoes but it sounds like they are double playing every one as they sign up for work and then outsource it to somebody else!

I'm now considering O'Desk but again it seems a real hit and miss.

I don't have time to do all SEO stuff although I can install WP site.

Please can you point me in the right direction about what I should do?

I do have domain age competitiveness, can add content to my site (should that all be added slowly over time i.e. 200 pages over how many days??) and finally backlinks (what is "natural" over time - is that you build same backlinks every day forever?). No 1 site has 4,031 backlinks according to Yahoo Site Explorer (not sure how accurate that is).

Your thoughts/ideas much appreciated.

    Robert,

My advice is for you to develop the site.

Write unique content focused on your 10-20 keywords. Create some links for it. Work it from the ground.

Otherwise you might be trowing away a good domain with lot's of potential.

One hour per day should be enough for you to put it on a good route.

with a site that old i do not think that you have to worry as much about building backlinks over time just give it a few blitzes now and again lol, but i would consider adding more content as you receive a new content bonus for your website rank which will increase your seo rank.

If you can install wordpress then you can handle building the site yourself. Just find a nice theme and install the proper SEO plugins.

If you feel you can write good human readable content that works well for SEO then do that next, or outsource it to a writer if necessary. Drip feed your content over time, a few articles/posts per day starting out and you can crank it up after awhile if you have that much content.

Start link building. Be careful here though, if the domain changes WhoIS ownership google can tell that there is a new owner and may rank your site differently. Make sure you don't focus your efforts on 1 link building options (web 2.0 properites, article marketing, directory submissions, blog/forum posts, etc.) spread your efforts around.

If you do all of this, you'll be ranked in no time. You just have to stick with it and feel it out. The only reason people ever fail in SEO is because they stop trying.

@RobertKiyosaki I own three of your books and they've really helped me out.

I wouldn't worry too much about the double outsourcing from Phillipino employees. If the results are good and cost effective, who cares who does the work?

      But to your question:

I would also take a look at how many backlinks are still being counted on the domain you're purchasing as well. Also, if you're thinking about about doing the adsense thing with this I would start a blog... or simply consider creating more than just 15 - 20 pages. More pages = more search engine traffic and Adsense clicks.

        Fellows,

Many thanks for your comments and sharing your experiences.

I'm working with a partner and close friend in UK who I'm mentoring & supporting in his business venture of real estate lead generation site.

I have not got a clue when it comes to technonolgy but, I set up myself a challenge to learn about this market and to dominate the UK market. This is one of my personal goals for this year.

As I understand, if you want to be in the business you have to be in top 3 Google positions which gets about 80% of clicks. I would be grateful if you could answer a few simple questions for me:

We are looking for a WordPress template similar to:

yourproperty4cash dot co dot uk - We believe that this site has a conversion ratio of between 10-15%.

Where I can find a resource who can create me a Word Press site - WP is relatively easy to install but, somebody to either install a template or perhaps a custom built site? Which is better and what are advanatges / disavantages of each? Can this be done for Your Property 4 Cash type design?

What plugins do you recommend? We need plugins that tell Google about our content changed each time a new article is added. We also need to update site map automatically etc.

        The Domain Age Table
        1 sellinghousequickly 4 years 5 months old
        2 theadvisory Unable to Determine
        3 a-quick-sale 6 years 4 months
        4 quickmovenow 3 years 7 months

This table shows how old each site is, I can't figure out why site 2 does not reveal it's age?

        The Backlinks & Content Table
        (Yahoo Site Explorer)
        1. theadvisory.co.uk 451 pages & 6,808 backlinks
        2. a-quick-sale.co.uk 522 pages & 1,069 backlinks
        3. quickmovenow 498 pages and 1,360 backlinks

So if we could get 1,000 good quality backlinks from high PR sites we can get site to 3rd position as long as we have 500+ pages. How would you publish all pages i.e. I have been told to scheduled them over a long time i.e. 10 pages per day for next 50 days? Then what do you after that? Does Google think you've stopped or should you carry on??

As for backlinks - what is the best way to outsource this work? Who would be best qualfied to carry out this work?

If you can point me in right area that would be great.

        Best wishes,

        Robert
