I noticed on the ToS, it said you must have
[Insert your name] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to [insert the applicable site name (amazon.com or endless.com)]."
on your page. However, I am not sure if it has to be on each page, the main page, or can you put it on the Privacy Policy or About Page.

Does anyone know the answer?

The exact words it uses is
You must, however, clearly state the following on your site: [Insert your name] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to [insert the applicable site name (amazon.com or endless.com)].”

I've been an affiliate of amazon for years. Never saw that.
I don't have that on any pages, including the blogspot blogs
where I use the plug in. I've been on a roll for amazon the
      last 2 months.

Since I have been paid many times over the years, they have
never checked any of my sites.

I'm the first to say to follow all TOS on all programs, so I need
to check how to incorporate this.

Putting that on a page would look a little awkward. So, after
doing a little checking, it looks like you can put it on your
privacy policy page. That way, just put a link to the privacy
policy page. If you do adsense, you should already have one.

Thank you for your response. I thought it would look awkward as well, so I put it on my About Us page. However, the Privacy Page may be a better spot. I did list amazon as people who may track though on my Privacy Page
