I just created a blogger blog for my offline business and submitted to google for adsense.I just received a message from google the they didn't approve my site and reason was :
My site must be 6 month old for adsense approval.

I am wondering if this is the reason becasue I heard that google can approve blogs immediately.A lot of people here says that create a blog and submit to google and get approval.
I am confused , pls clarify
#approve #blog #google

That is strange! I applied for Adsense with a very new blog over a year ago. Maybe they are stricter with blogs that are not on your own domain?

Maybe you could apply with a different site you own.

Someone who knows more about this will step in, but don't worry because there is hope

Its probably to stop people setting up hundreds of spam blogger blogs.

First, just wait for 6 months.
Second, you'll not lose much as Adsense earned in blogger is low. If you are serious about making money using adsense, use your own site to host. You'll make more money.

I applied for adsense less than 2 weeks ago with a blog that was only hours old and i was approved within 24 hours. There were only 3 posts amounting to about 200 words when it was approved. I even deleted my adsense account(don't ask) and had it back up 3 days later...

    Preets,

Get your own domain name and hosting. It's cheap and I can do it for you really quick. PM me if you need more info or help.

Use your own domain G will approve it sooner. BTW, you get a very tiny piece of revenue if you host it at blogger because blogger will split the adsense revenue with you.

    Best luck.

Google has got stricter with it's approval for new Adsense publisher accounts. If you have a new blog/site it's best to build it up for a couple of months prior to applying for a new account. Make sure it doesn't look spammy and has quality unique content on it.

@yaji - I think you may be getting mixed up with Squidoo? Blogger accounts are not subject to revenue share so splitting commissions is not a factor. Running a blogger blog does not reduce your publisher commissions.

As part of this process, you may notice that Blogger is receiving "0%" of your AdSense earnings - this means that you will receive the same amount for clicks or impressions as you would creating the ad code from your AdSense account
