Your URL will look spammy and over optimized

You will get more benefit from having a keyword optimized URL with on page optimization that ensures Google knows that your focusing on local search,

#1 make sure you have the targeted countries TLD

#2 make sure your server is hosted in your country and try to get even closer like state / province

#3 have your local phone number and physical address on the footer of every page that you want indexed

#4 Get incoming links to your site with your anchor text "localized" and that will make up for not having the long local spammy URL

#5 Get some quality links from local sources, Local Newspaper, Chamber of Commerce, etc

#6 Make Sure You Sign Up For The Local Maps With Google and Bing

      Best of Luck

Has nothing to do with Page Rank. > Page Rank is based solely on incoming links to your website from external domains.
