I have 1 pr4 and 1 pr 2 site.

To be honest, I dont know if this is good or not? Where should our sites be if we're doing things right?

Obviously position 1 in google for our chosen keywords is an indicator

My advice would be not to be concerned about PR. The most important thing is: are your sites ranking well?

I have a lot of PR0 and PR1 that are making me great money because they are ranking well for their keywords. Google PR makes no difference whatsoever.

    Cheers,

I had a PR 3 site, but it fell to a PR 2. As long as traffic is growing and income is increasing that is all that really matters.

        agreed.

Next silly question. Since I have a fairly well established site, when I build new niches on it, I should be in a better position to rank? Correct?

Currently sitting on PR4 and PR 5 but since page ranks are updated quarterly, you might begin to see good results when you are still on 0.
