Please help me understand few things about Google indexing and Google dance!

Could someone please explain to me why is my site has been dropped after I have bookmarked it and pinged it? I build daily links and was on page 3 of google and after a week of building daily links to it with senuke and doing press release I've bookmarked and pinged my site and it dropped to 4th page? Why is that? Thank you!

    If not mistaken, Google dance is mean when your site suddenly had lot of backlinks to push it, Google will just drop your site to lower pg. After few days or weeks, it'll pump back to normal again.
    Just be cool for the Google dance. no effect for it.

    Keep doing what you're doing, unless you suspect that a certain source you're using for links could be causing the problem.

    If you keep building good quality links at a steady page and provide some fresh content on your site, you should bounce back.
