How to create RSS feed for profile backlinks

i am sorry if this has been asked already but I tried to do a search and did not find any thread to answer my question...

i am trying to convert my profile backlinks into an RSS feed so I can submit them to rss feed aggregators...
i know of html2rss but it only does it one by one...
is there a way to convert a bulk of profile urls into an rss feed so it would be faster?

      You could try this:


      1. Go to icerocket dot com and sign up
      2. Click on Rss Builder
      3. Click on Add Channel and give that channel a name related to your niche website you have been building links to.
      4. Then click on add item. This will take you to a page, where you input the URL of a forum profile where you left your links.
      5. Do this for 20 entries i.e 20 more Forum profiles.
      6. Then click on Publish.
      7. Then take that URL and ping it at pingomatic dot com and pingoat dot net

    You can do this with HTML2RSS, simply click the "URLS2FEED" link in the top right hand corner and enter a title along with a long list of your profile urls and waala...
