Directory Submission Software OR Services?

Hi All!

I'm on a role with questions and wanting opinions today! I am just about to take on some new local business SEO clients and would like everyone's opinion on the best directory submission software/ service..

What would people advise? Semi-automated software (recommendations welcome!) ? A particular CHEAP service or simply outsourcing to individuals through sites such as O-desk???

  I have used AllSubmitter and would say it is pretty good stuff - can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. I have heard about GSA Directory Submitter and i think it is of same level of quality, maybe even better.

I would suggest hand submissions to the higher quality directories like BOTW and Romow. The cost is worth it because the links will have some impact.

Submitting to hundreds of free, low quality directories is a waste of time regardless if it is automated or not.

  Out of all link building activities, I disliked directory submissions the most. That is, until I started testing and using Josh Spaulding's Deep Linker Pro. A wonderful tool.

I have used Submitterelite.com and i would say it is good submitter - it can be automatic or semiautomatic.
