new website vs amazon #1 and #2

Guys, i work with internet was 5 years, SEO 1 year, and IM was 6 months and need some help now, after three hours of searching, which has found a MN 5000 searches exact word in the domain, and my competitor is amazon first and second positions with PR3 and has many words long tail to work with thousands of searches.
my newbie acc for adsense in #1: 5000/30days = 166 visits * 3% (my poor ctr) = 5 clicks = google CPC $1,31 (/ 2 = 0,655) = 3,27$ Day * 30 = 98,25 bucks month. (without long tail, only exact)
My calc its right??? plz give-me the light! :confused:
i expect make at last 100$ month with this niche, its possible?
Its a good niche to work with amazon and adsense??
be relatively easy to win the first position?
can i make more than 3% of CTR selling products???
if i can learn and make like John Xfactor 50% i become happy
ps. anyone fell like me?.. now with BigG caffeine its very hard to take first positions for new domains? or continue the same?
