Rosesmark, I have no idea what thread you think you are posting to.
You obviously either did not read the question, or have no clue as
to what google adsense for domain entails.

Tip: You cannot use 99% of anything you posted. Completely
against TOS of adsense for domains.

Your only hope is to get type-in traffic, or few trickle-ins from
old links.

InternetMarketingIQ, your answer should have been the last.

The best way to earn from a domain is by developing it. Even a
one page site will suffice. Then you can put adsense on it and
promote it.

I've used AdsenseforDomains and doesn't perform to well. paulgl is 'write'. Develop the domain if you want any progress. Just be sure to include your terms and site policy. Or use a domain parking company. And at a domain parking company you may get an offer to sell it.
