Twitter PPC ads. Is this the new way?

I 've been hearing about Twitter PPC.

I know of some third part sites creating a marketplace
of active accounts with 8k or more followers and having
advertisers pay the account holder to run tweet ads.

But I haven't Twitter actually coming out with this.

And if they have can someone fill me on

I would jump all over that!

    I think people have been selling tweets for ages, i know i used to buy tweets ages ago, so nothing new there.

    And call me slow here but recently i have revived my twitter based on that idea in a sort of ways, and that is can take my best performing ppc ads and run them on twitter, the area size box on twitter fits perfect for your adwords ads

    twitter holds 140 spaces with an adwords ad running at 130 spaces, this allows room for a http extension and some spacing between the rows of the header and body of the ppc ad

    in addition you need to drop any sub directories if used for display

    so if i took this example ad,

    and lets say it was my best performing ad , i could then re spin it as my twitter ad very easily ( remove xx in the end results )

    = comes in at 130 char length, this i now how tied in with my emails so it sends out / adds the latest tweets to my site and all emails past present and future. to me it reads better but i may be on the wrong train.

    for those with ppc it can be a good plus.
